The Scottish Working Class Database is a resource for benefitting and connecting artists in Scotland, to that end: all information entered into the form - and therefore into the SWCD spreadsheet - will be public information. Please only input information you are comfortable with being public, exercise caution and use professional contact details where possible, by using the SWCD you agree to and understand that any information entered will be made public and consent to this information being published on the SWCD. The SWCD can not be held responsible where users neglect to exercise caution.
The SWCD cannot be held responsible for the consequences of users entering their details into the SWCD form (and therefore also the SWCD database). The SWCD is also not a guarantee of finding work, it should be used as a tool and directory only.
Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Scottish Working Class Database, anyone found to be in breach of this restriction will be removed and necessary action will be taken.
Users must only enter their own information, and all information must be correct to the best of their knowledge, anyone found to be in breach of this restriction will be removed and necessary action will be taken.

Anyone found to be misusing the SWCD will be removed, banned from using the service and necessary action will be taken. The SWCD reserves the right to remove anyone found to be misusing or abusing the SWCD.
User’s information can be requested to be removed at any time, users reserve the right to request their information be removed at any time, the SWCD will remove their information as soon as possible if such a request is made.
Scottish Working Class Database will never contact you without your consent, if you would like to be added or removed from any mailing list (should we ever have one) you can request your inclusion or removal at any time.
The SWCD will never directly contact or lobby anyone to enter their details into the SWCD form, or to use the SWCD.
As the SWCD grows, more terms and conditions may be necessary and will be added here.
